Easy to Find from Miramar Road
Our green HEAD SPA sign is the easiest thing to spot from Miramar Road. Right beside it is our Forest House SPA sign above the C106 entrance. You’ll also see a KFC in the neighboring plaza — once you see the KFC, you’re very close.

FH SPA Miramar is at 7160 Miramar Rd, Ste 106, San Diego, CA 92121, in the street-facing plaza on Miramar Road. Look for the green HEAD SPA sign — it is the most visible one from the street — with our Forest House SPA sign beside it above the C106 entrance. There is a KFC in the neighboring plaza.
I see two signs — HEAD SPA and Forest House SPA. Are they the same place?
Yes. Both signs are ours, and Suites 106 and 108 are the same spa. Whichever door you walk through, you have arrived at FH SPA Miramar. Navigation apps work best with Suite 106.

Does FH SPA Miramar offer Head Spa treatments?
Yes. We offer nine Head Spa experiences, from a 30-minute no-wash scalp, neck and shoulder reset to a 105-minute advanced scalp wellness session. The 60-minute Full Head Spa is our usual starting point for first-time guests.

Instead of following a fixed treatment formula, your provider customizes the experience using the most appropriate combination of Head Spa, massage, facial care, and Eastern-inspired wellness techniques for you.
What is the difference between Signature Combos and Forest Reset™?
Signature Combos follow a more standardized treatment structure, with a European Facial as the default facial and Swedish Massage as the default massage style unless otherwise specified. Forest Reset™ is a more customized experience, adapted to your individual condition and wellness needs rather than following a preset service formula.
