Is Full Body Reset the same as a spa package?
No. Traditional packages typically combine separate services with fixed time divisions. Full Body Reset is designed as one continuous, personalized journey. The focus and timing of each element are adjusted within your reserved time.
Does every experience include massage, Head Spa, and facial care?
The 120-, 150-, and 180-minute experiences are designed to provide a more complete combination of bodywork, scalp care, and facial care. The 90-minute experience is more focused and may prioritize selected elements according to your needs. The Restorative Abdominal Ritual is part of the 150- and 180-minute experiences only.
How do I choose the right duration?
Choose 90 minutes if you have limited time. The 120-minute Signature Reset is the best starting point if this is your first visit. The 150-minute Deep Reset is our most popular choice—it adds the Restorative Abdominal Ritual and Himalayan salt stone therapy without feeling rushed. Choose 180 minutes for the fullest experience, including the Eye Spa treatment and an extended abdominal ritual.
Can I request more focus on massage, scalp care, or facial care?
Yes. Please share your priorities during your consultation. Your practitioner will customize the experience while maintaining a balanced and relaxing flow.
Can I choose the pressure for the bodywork?
Yes. Pressure can be adjusted to your comfort and preferences. Please communicate with your practitioner before and during the session.
Is Full Body Reset a medical treatment?
No. Full Body Reset is a wellness and relaxation experience and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Is abdominal massage suitable for everyone?
Abdominal massage may not be appropriate during pregnancy or for guests experiencing unexplained abdominal pain, recent abdominal surgery, active inflammation, hernia, or certain digestive or medical conditions. Please inform us of any relevant health concerns before your appointment.
Can the experience accommodate allergies or sensitivities?
