1, Reschedule or Cancel in Advance

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before your appointment. This allows others to book and helps our therapists manage their schedule.

• Individual appointments: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
• Couples or small groups: Please give 48 hours’ notice

2 , Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

3 , No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without giving any notice:

• You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
• If you used a gift certificate or prepaid package, it will be redeemed and forfeited
• Cancellations made within 1 hour of appointment time are considered “No-Shows”

4 , Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

• We will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining time
• You will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled service

5 , Payment & Agreement

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the above policies.
Please have your credit card or gift certificate number ready when booking.
